I am honored to share my experience in dealing with My Flower Box. I live in the Federal Hill
and for some time had been awaiting the opening of a “local flower shop”. When My Flower Box
opened, I would occasionally stop in and was impressed with the selection of flowers, the
professionalism of the staff, and the overall atmosphere. I was also planning my wedding at that
time and had visited several area florists suggested by my wedding planner. They were all very
competent and receptive, but I was under whelmed by their inattentiveness to my specific concerns
and vision.
On the way back from a Ravens game, I stopped in My Flower Box and asked Autumn about
their floral services, especially their wedding services. She gave me an open-ended invitation to stop
by either alone or with my wedding coordinator to discuss ideas. My wedding coordinator
suggested caution, as she was unfamiliar with them, but after the initial consultation we were both
very confident in their abilities. Everyone at My Flower Box seemed genuinely interested in and
concerned about the floral arrangements. They went above and beyond the call of duty by
researching specific flowers, providing mock ups, and attending to every detail. As my wedding day
approached, I knew that I had one less thing to worry about…the flowers. The flowers arrived in a
timely and professional manner and the guests were all very impressed with the greenery and
flowers.
The strongest endorsement of the character and quality of My Flower Box as a floral shop is that
one of the groomsmen was so impressed that he and his fiancé have chosen My Flower Box for their
own wedding this fall.
